Here you will find sample packs, info and tutorials from our artists. We have now had sample packs from Nu:Tone, Danny Byrd, Syncopix, Total Science and Mistabishi, bringing an amazing selection of samples from some of the most talented producers in the game. We also brought you drummer KJ Sawka with his simply astounding collection of loops, breaks and fills, as well as the Minimal genius of Med School signing Bop. But now it’s over to Hospital’s head honcho, the ineffable London Elektricity for his sample pack: Drum & Bass Vol. 6.

Loopmasters and Hospital Records are very proud to present the latest Drum and Bass sample collection from the one and only London Elektricity.

Tony Colman aka London Elektricity cuts a formidable figure. Having been involved in the DnB scene since the mid-90s, the co-founder of Hospital Records has been instrumental in the development of the genre as we know it today. Responsible for some of Hospital's biggest anthems (Round The Corner, Different Drum, Just One Second), Tony has cultivated a first class reputation as both a producer and DJ. With an impressive back catalogue of singles, EPs, remixes and no less than five artist albums under his belt.

In 2011, London Elektricity released his fifth studio album - Yikes! which was launched at the iconic Hospitality Brixton event in April and he also presents the multi award-winning fortnightly Hospital podcast which can be found at londonelektricity.com.

At Loopmasters we have been asking Tony when he would create a sample pack for the Hospital series and finally he has delivered - and delivered BIG! - This is one exhaustive and inspirational soundest and he has really put the work in to create what amounts to a huge 1.66GB sound library packed with sounds that will no doubt inspire countless future classics!

The London Elektricity sample collection is a very musical affair, and along with the usual Bass, Beats and Single Shot Sounds, you get a really large collection of musical riffs and song ideas of an incredibly high standard, including a wealth of Pianos, Synths, Guitars and Rhodes loops.

This Drum & Bass Sample collection weighs in at 1.66GB and includes 670 24 Bit Samples, with 326 Loops at 173 Bpm, and 344 one Shot Samples. There are also 54 ready to play patches for Reason NNXT, Halion, EXS, SFZ and Kontakt compatible soft samplers.
