Shipping policy
Contact Phone Number Requirement
All orders require a valid contact phone number (mobile preferred) so that couriers or postal services can arrange delivery or resolve undelivered parcels. This will not be used for any other purpose.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped in separate packages:

In-stock items ship immediately

Pre-order items ship on release date
We may cancel and refund orders to destinations with delivery restrictions, or if final shipping costs significantly exceed those quoted.
UK Delivery

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard.
Large/heavy items may be sent via UPS. -
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
EU & Rest of World Delivery

Carriers include Royal Mail International, UPS, or DHL depending on weight/destination.

Western Europe: 5–10 working days (allow up to 14)

Rest of Europe: allow up to 14 working days

Rest of World: 10–14 working days (allow up to 21)
Customs checks and courier surcharges may extend delivery times. Remote area surcharges may apply.
Delivery Delays & Undelivered Orders

UK orders: allow 10 working days before reporting missing items.

EU/International orders: allow 14–21 working days.

All missing goods must be reported within 30 days of dispatch (confirmation sent by email). Claims after 30 days cannot be resolved.
Pre-Orders

Music releases usually ship to arrive on release Friday.

UK: dispatched Thursday before release.

EU: dispatched from Tuesday before release.

International: dispatched from Monday before release.
Duties & Taxes (EU/ROW)

Import duty, VAT, or local taxes may apply.

Refusal to pay duties will result in the parcel being returned. In this case, initial delivery charges are non-refundable, and return costs may be deducted from your refund.

All goods shipped outside the UK are exempt from UK VAT.
